Dolores McKinnon is an SBA Business Lending Specialist with Dogwood State Bank, A Division of TowneBank Small Business Lending. She began her banking career in college and later returned to the field as a commercial banker. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience in originating and structuring lending requests with her clients’ goals and objectives at the forefront. Recognized as a top lender, Dolores is known for delivering tailored financing solutions and maintaining a high standard of communication to ensure a smooth loan process from start to finish.

A veteran SBA lender, Dolores brings more than 20 years of SBA lending experience and an even broader background in commercial banking. She is a well-rounded general lending specialist whose breadth and depth of expertise have contributed to a long track record of successful lending. Her career includes successful tenures with institutions such as US Bank, KeyBank, and United Midwest Savings Bank.

Outside of work, Dolores is committed to volunteering with various non-profit organizations, particularly those focused on dog rescues. Her interests also include beekeeping, language acquisition, travel, and gardening. Her greatest joy, however, is her adult daughter, whom she considers her crowning achievement.
