Nate Will serves as a Business Lending Specialist at Dogwood State Bank Small Business Lending, bringing over 13 years of experience in SBA loan origination. Throughout his career, he has specialized in business acquisitions, expansions, commercial real estate lending, and franchise financing. Nate’s passion for small businesses and entrepreneurship is reflected in the lasting relationships he builds. In addition to helping small business owners obtain SBA loans, he is a frequent speaker at industry events and teaches the basics of business ownership and financial forecasting to new franchisees of several well-known brands.

Prior to his SBA lending career, Nate spent 8 years in commercial real estate brokerage and development in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This experience allows him to create a smooth transaction process for each of his clients.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha and children, Emma and Brooks. In his free time, you can find him golfing, hunting, fishing, cycling, and both coaching and playing baseball and lacrosse with his kids.
